You start with the ribbon, workspaces, command search, and saving drawings, then set drawing units, build a drawing template, and navigate with pan, zoom, and saved views. Next, you draw lines, circles, arcs, ellipses, polylines, splines, rectangles, polygons, points, and revision clouds. The modify section is the largest, covering selection sets, move, copy, rotate, scale, offset, mirror, trim, extend, stretch, lengthen, break, join, fillet, chamfer, rectangular, polar, and path arrays, divide and measure, regions, and multifunction grips. You then draw precisely with coordinates, grid and snap, polar and ortho, dynamic input, object snaps, and tracking, and create isometric drawings and use inquiry commands. You add hatches and gradients, dimensions and multileaders with their styles, and text, tables, fields, and formulas with Excel import and export. You organize drawings with layers, layer states, and filters, and build groups, blocks, dynamic blocks, and attributed blocks. Xrefs, layouts and viewports, annotative objects, DesignCenter, Content Explorer, and sheet sets follow. Finally, you prepare layouts with title blocks and plot to paper, PDF, JPG, PNG, and DWFx.
