<h2>About this course</h2>In this course, you learn to make AutoCAD work the way you do by customizing its interface, drawing with parametric tools, and collaborating through its cloud features. The customization section is the largest. You compare drawings with DWG Compare, create a custom ribbon panel, record repetitive steps with the Action Recorder, make and modify custom linetypes, and automate tasks using macros. Next, you move to parametric drawing. After an introduction to how parametric drawings work, you infer constraints and apply auto constraint, add geometric and dimensional constraints, and use the Parameters Manager to drive your geometry with named values and formulas. The final section covers collaboration tools. You review drawings with Autodesk Design Review, share designs through Shared View and the A360 viewer, and work on drawings from anywhere with AutoCAD web and mobile. Each section includes a practice exercise and a quiz so you can apply each tool before moving on. Because the course pairs interface customization with parametric control and cloud sharing, you see how these features together speed up everyday drafting and make teamwork easier.
