<h2>About this course</h2>In this course, you learn Revit MEP by working through a single building project, from model setup to a coordinated set of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You begin with coordination: setting up models in Revit and defining the scope of the project. The mechanical section is the largest part of the course. You place a heat recovery unit, create its ductwork, add air terminals, and place and connect supply and return diffusers, then run an analysis on the HRU system to check your work. Next, you move to electrical design on Level 2. You place electrical panels, work with receptacles, annotate panels and electrical systems, lay out a lighting system, and create the lighting switch and power system. The plumbing section covers hot and cold water. You place the main hot and cold water pipes, connect sinks, show disconnects, and add pipe insulation. Finally, you prepare the sanitary and vent system, create venting connections, and run an interference check to find clashes and make corrections. Each section ends with a quiz.
