About Billing and Subscription
Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime you want, once cancelled your card won’t be charged anymore and you will still have access to the remaining subscription period. You can cancel your subscription yourself from your SourceCAD account section.
Sure you can, if we fail to meet your expectation we will give you a 100% refund no questions asked, check the refund policy here.
If you subscribe for a monthly subscription then you will have the access to all the courses for one month and if you subscribe for an annual subscription you will have access to all the courses for one year.
If you are free subscriber your access to limited course videos will remain active forever.
After finishing the course, if you cancel the subscription, then you can watch the videos till your subscription period ends. After the end of the remaining subscription period, you won't be able to watch the videos again.
You can get the subscription again to unlock all the videos and your course progress data and certificates will remain saved even after you have cancelled the subscription.
If you have finished a course, then you can download it's certificate immediately, and the certificate will remain linked to your account forever even after you cancel the subscription.
But to download the certificate, you need to have an active subscription. If your subscription has already ended, then you can reactivate it to download the certificate again.
General Questions
Yes after finishing every course 100% you will get a signed and verifiable certificate of completion from SourceCAD. Anyone can verify the authenticity of your certificate using QR code or Certificate number using our certificate verification tool. You can add these certificates to your LinkedIn profile and CV.

For subject matter questions, you can reach the instructor in the Q&A area. For your account related questions you can reach out to us on this support page using the contact form. Our typical response time is within 24 hours but we usually answer faster than that.
No, our videos are stream only and you can watch the videos on our website or mobile device but the download is not allowed. You can however download lesson files and PDF eBooks that are provided with the courses.
Only a “Brick and mortar” school or college ID is valid for a student license from Autodesk and other software vendors, so enrolling in SourceCAD courses won’t guarantee a student license of the software.
We will however help you get the free or cheaper student version of the software if it is available from the vendor.

No, every subscription is meant for one user only; using one account for more than one user may lead to account suspension. If you want to train five or more people in your organization, let us know, and we will offer you a bulk discount.
SourceCAD videos are all recorded in 1920x1080 PX high definition, and by default, they look clear even on large screens. But sometimes, due to slower internet speed, the video player adjusts its quality to 720px or 480px, which may look pixelated.
You can change the video quality to 1080px (the maximum quality preset) by selecting the quality setting from the gear icon on the bottom right corner of the video player.
No, payment information is not required for signing up, you can simply signup using your email and start learning right away with free content.
Sure, we will send a payment receipt with tax, discounts and other deductions mentioned in it. If you need a payment receipt for your company let us know and we will also provide that.
You can ask your IT department or administrator to whitelist domains and all the subdomains that we use to deliver the video content.
We use Bunny.net content delivery network for videos and files, and the domains that you need to whitelist are:
- b-cdn.net
- bunny.net
- mediadelivery.net
Make sure you whitelist all subdomains of the above mentioned domains as well.
